Product Returns
 
Items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery/pickup less a 20% restocking fee.  Upholstered furniture, pillows, sheets, mattress pads, and all bedding accessories are non-returnable for sanitary reasons.  Refunds will be issued by check and mailed after receipt and inspection of returned merchandise.  All returns must be in new condition and include all original parts/hardware/accessores.

120 Night Mattress Comfort Guarantee
 
Rest easy with our 120 Night Comfort Guarantee.  If you're not satisfied with your new mattress within 120 nights of delivery, contact Sierra Furniture Co. to receive a one-time exchange to a different mattress. Mattress must have all original tags intact, be undamaged, unsoiled and free of stains.  The original mattress must be purchased with a mattress protector and the protector must be used during the trial period.  If we deliver your new mattress and pick up the old one, a delivery fee will apply.  No refunds will be given as a result of a comfort exchange.

Defective / Damaged Items

All items delivered to your home should be inspected at the time of delivery for damage or defects.  If you pick up your merchandise in-store and find a defect or damage once you unwrap the item, please bring all original packaging and parts to our store for inspection.  Sierra Furniture Co. Management will reserve the right to replace the entire item or specific part to remedy the issue.  A service fee will be charged if you request an in-home inspection of the item.
